In downloading one of the free website templates from Web Templates Gallery you, the user, must legally adhere to the following stipulations:
Users must at all times keep the pre-installed Web Templates Gallery linking code on the bottom of the home (main) page of user's web site. The only exception to this rule involves you paying the fee to remove the link by purchasing copyright. Any violation of these linking rules constitutes Copyright infringement, and is equal to breach of contract. At that point you will be liable by law and we will seek to take legal action. If you would like to gain copyrights and have this link removed, you may purchase one by contacting us at support@webtemplatesgallery.com.
The templates may be used for personal, organizational or business web sites but may not be used as a part of a for re-sale product or service or for redistribution via website, diskette, CD, email or any media form.

Web Templates Gallery will not be liable for any loss whatsoever due to the downloading of one of our web templates.
